I have experience training and working as a therapist across a variety of settings, including clinics, NGOs, hospital, schools, and in private practice.

My understanding is that therapy should always have the wellbeing of the client at heart. To achieve this, I believe therapy should be a safe space where challenges can be addressed in confidence and without judgment.

Therapy can be an essential support for everyone, and a journey through which healing and change can happen. As a therapist and as a client, we will work together towards overcoming challenges.

I have a particular interest in anxiety and regularly work with clients experiencing anxiety and related difficulties.

I also see clients with a broader range of difficulties including relationship problems and depression.

Therapy sessions are held in the client’s language of choice. I speak Maltese, English and Italian.

Outside of therapy, I am a calm individual with a passion for learning. I enjoy spending time near the sea, going for walks, and connecting with nature. I also love a good TV series.

I am a registered member of the Malta Association of Psychotherapy which sets ethical standards of psychotherapeutic work in Malta.

Continued professional development is important to me. I attend relevant courses, seminars, and conferences throughout the year to continue furthering my expertise.

I am available for in-person and online sessions. Kindly contact me to check for availabilities.
